Don’t Let the Future Just Happen. Be a Part of Designing It.

Our Story

A few years ago, we took a pulse check: what support could we give to a group of emerging Jewish leaders whose offline gathering spaces — colleges, synagogues, networking events, conferences, happy hours, and time with friends and loved ones — had abruptly just gone digital?

The answer was clear: create a space to connect and leverage their skills to make a difference.

Launched in the summer of 2020 in response to that initial outreach, the first Jewish Changemakers Fellowship was a six-week, virtual learning experience of more than 1,000 participants from across the world. Since then, the program has grown and evolved to meet each new moment and challenge: the pivot from the digital spaces back to in-person gatherings, rising antisemitism, and polarization. The Jewish Changemakers Network now consists of more than 2,500 alumni, offering a continuing source of connection, growth, and support, and with each completed Fellowship cohort, that community only grows.

Across career fields, North American geography, and ways to express Jewish identity, Jewish Changemakers are leveraging their Jewishness to make a difference.

Jewish Changemakers is the next (or your first!) step on your leadership journey.
